Dianne Simmons offers more than 30 years of real estate experience encompassing both residential sales and commercial leasing and sales. In that time she has successfully negotiated over 350 commercial leases and the sale of over 300 homes. Dianne currently holds designations as an; Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Short sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) and a Candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM). Since joining Keller Williams Realty in 2010, Dianne has become one of the top producing agents in her office, a member of the Leadership Council and is working to create a commercial division. Previously, Dianne was with EXIT Realty Unlimited were she was the 5th highest producing EXIT agent in Nevada from 2008 to 2010. From 2005 to 2008, Dianne was a Commercial Manager for SMG Brokerage in Henderson, NV. Dianne has been a California real estate broker since 1987, where she was the owner and broker of InnerTrac Realty & Design in Sherman Oaks, California. She spent 5 consecutive years as a multi-million dollar residential salesperson from 1979-1984. Dianne has personally purchased, remodeled and resold more than 2 dozen homes. She is a good standing member of Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR) and National Association of Realtors from 2004 to present. She was a past member of the Greater Los Angeles/Beverly Hills Board of Realtors and the Palm Springs/Palm Desert Board of Realtors. She also served as Vice Chairperson, Charities & Events Committee for GLVAR in 2006. Dianne is affiliated with professional organizations such as Commercial Marketing Group (CMG), Women in Commercial Real Estate (CREW), Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC), Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Henderson Chamber of Commerce and volunteers her time for charitable endeavors at Central Christian Church.
